Return and Exchange Policy – imiomo by TOPSONE INC

At imiomo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your luggage or other products, we offer a clear and straightforward Return and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.

Please note: Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@myimiomo.com or call 800-455-6388 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.

Important: Returns without a RA number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions to return your original item and ship the replacement.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

At imiomo, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Include photos of the defect or damage to help us process your claim quickly.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
